I have a hybrid car that had all sorts of issues. Toyota gave me an estimate that was more than I owed on the car. Lake Park Auto (Rob) was recommended to me by a friend. He took a look at the issue, researched the best/least expensive fix and gave me an estimate that was half of what Toyota wanted. Once he got into the problem he found several more. He again researched the best fix. He kept me appraised of the situation as is went on. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and ended up not only fixing my car but actually making it better. I am a middle aged woman, car mechanics usually see me coming a mile away. I have never, until now, had a good experience with any of them. Rob has changed my mind. He did not nickel and dime me, or try to upcharge me. He SHOULD have charged me more but he stuck by his original quote. He was honest, reliable, super friendly and most importantly trustworthy. Its been 3 weeks . The car runs perfectly. I will never go to another car mechanic again. I cannot recommend this business enough.

You all did a great job with my car and thank you for letting me know that I had another issue with my suspension the mechanic that did the work did not state that there was another issue with my rear suspension I think you are very much for letting me know that.
